Made this in about an hour all in. Fairly simple and delicious. Made a nice dark green paste first – but only had frozen chilli cubes rather than the required green chilies. I also added chopped red pepper, which probably made everything more watery than it should have been..

Would make again. Next time, use green chilies and make a batch of the paste, which keeps for as month..
